Are you an organised, proactive person who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Questas Group is looking for an Office Administrator to support our Norwest head office. You'll be someone who owns the space, and brings a friendly, can-do attitude to everything you do.
This is a part-time, office-based role working 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), ideal for candidates seeking school-hours flexibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Office Management: taking ownership of the day-to-day running of head office, including supplies and catering to meeting room setup, mail, seating and staff inductions.
- Facilities & Building: maintaining security access, coordinating contractors and acting as the key contact for landlord and building matters.
- Administrative Support: providing day-to-day support to the executive team including meetings, agendas, minutes, and credit card reconciliations.
- Events & Travel: coordinating office and company events, and arranging group travel.
- Property & Group Support: managing property compliance documents, preparing option letters, maintaining org charts and supporting the Group intranet.

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Previous experience in office administration, reception or office support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident and professional communicator, warm and approachable with staff and visitors alike.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a track record of taking ownership and getting things done.
