Bayside Gymnastics Club (BGC) is a proud, community-owned not-for-profit gymnastics club that has served the Frankston area for more than 50 years. Affiliated with Gymnastics Victoria and Gymnastics Australia, BGC offers KinderGym, recreational, competitive, and Sporting Schools programs to children and adults across the Frankston region.
In early 2027, BGC moves into a brand-new, purpose-built 1,000m² gymnastics facility at the Frankston Basketball and Gymnastics Stadium in Seaford — giving our coaches and gymnasts a permanent, fully equipped home for the first time in the Club's history. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a club on the cusp of a transformational new chapter.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Coach to lead BGC's coaching team and program delivery into the new facility and beyond. Reporting to the Committee of Management, the Head Coach is BGC's senior technical leader — responsible for the quality, safety, and development of all gymnastics programs.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the coaching culture, curriculum, and competitive pathway of a growing community club with the infrastructure and strategic backing to achieve it.
