The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards. The role manages housekeeping staff, coordinates with other departments, controls departmental expenses, and ensures efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and timely repairs.
- Monitor housekeeping inventories, supplies, and departmental budgets.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Pay: From $8,500.00 per month
