Full-Time Registered Nurse (Turkish Speaking) – Aged Care & NDIS
Step by Step Disability Services is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse who is fluent in Turkish and English to join our growing team supporting clients within the Aged Care and NDIS sectors.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, clinical support, and care coordination to elderly clients and NDIS participants within the community. You will work closely with families, support workers, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure participants receive person-centred and culturally appropriate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and clinical reviews
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans
- Medication management and clinical oversight
- Support clients with chronic conditions, disabilities, and complex care needs
- Liaise with GPs, hospitals, allied health professionals, and families
- Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
- Monitor participant health, wellbeing, and risk factors
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care requirements
- Provide guidance and support to care staff when required
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Previous experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and cultural sensitivity

Pay: $49,900.00 – $106,572.77 per year
