As an Administration Assistant within our Network Development & Regulation team, you'll provide the coordination and administrative support that helps keep projects, reporting and stakeholder activities running smoothly. Working closely with technical specialists and leaders, you'll support a range of network development and regulatory initiatives, helping ensure key documentation, schedules and actions stay on track.
What you’ll be doing

Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Network Development & Regulation team.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up actions to completion.

Support project planning activities, including maintaining schedules, tracking milestones and keeping documentation up to date.

Maintain team registers, business records and regulatory documentation.

Assist with stakeholder communications, reporting and team updates.
- Support invoicing, procurement and general business administration activities.
What you’ll be bring
-
Experience in administration, project support or business support, ideally within a project-based environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep activities on schedule.

Experience supporting project plans, coordinating documentation or maintaining action registers.

A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Background as a Project Support Officer (PSO), Project Administrator or Document Controller will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to regulatory, governance or compliance environments, or familiarity with regulatory codes, will be advantageous.
