Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care and service are maintained, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
About the Role:
As the Facility Manager, you will lead the operations of both facilities, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership.
Facilities: 21-bed and 27-bed residential aged care homes
Salary: Up to $140,000 per annum (depending on experience)
What we're looking for:
- Experience in aged care leadership and facility management
- Strong clinical and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Current AHPRA registration (if applicable)
