At Mad Mex, we're on a mission to fight for flavour (Por El Sabor). While our restaurants bring bold Mexican flavours to life every day, it takes an incredible Support Office team to keep everything moving behind the scenes.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Admin Assistant & Office All-Rounder who loves variety, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're someone who spots what needs doing, jumps in without being asked, and loves bringing order to the chaos, you'll fit right into our familia.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday) based in our Sydney Support Office, reporting to our Integrator.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person who helps keep our Support Office humming by:

Supporting our Leadership Team with day-to-day administration, meeting coordination and business documents.

Keeping the office organised, welcoming visitors, managing supplies, coordinating couriers and ensuring shared spaces are always ready to go.

Helping create an amazing employee experience through onboarding, celebrations, team events and culture initiatives.

Providing support across projects and jumping in wherever needed to help the business succeed.
