JRM Resources is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Waroona, Western Australia. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.
With ongoing and upcoming forestry projects, we are seeking experienced Harvester Operators and Forwarder Operators to join our growing team.
- Operate Harvesters or Forwarders across forestry operations.
- Delimb, trim and cut logs to required specifications.
- Safely load, transport and unload timber.
- Complete daily pre-starts, inspections and basic machine maintenance.
- Work closely with supervisors and other operators to meet production targets.
- Support ongoing forestry operations across JRM Resources projects.
- Demonstrated experience operating Harvesters or Forwarders
- Previous experience within forestry, land clearing or similar environments
- Current and relevant mobile plant operating tickets/qualifications
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence - Minimum C class
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards and teamwork
- Good mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Ability to work effectively in changing site and weather conditions
