In Home Aged Care (Arabic Speaking) Support Worker– Preston, VIC
Advance Support Co is seeking a compassionate and reliable Arabic-speaking Support Worker to join our team, supporting an older participant living in Preston, Victoria.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing person-centred care and helping people maintain their independence and quality of life.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must live in or near Preston, VIC to ensure reliable travel to shifts
- Experience working in Aged Care or Disability Support
- Previous experience supporting a person who has had a stroke (preferred)
- Understanding of person-centred care and dignity of risk
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
