Quantum Group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth across our expanding group of companies servicing the mining, marine, and heavy equipment industries.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients solve operational challenges.
You'll work across our fire suppression, auto electrical, lubrication, and specialised equipment divisions, supporting customers throughout Western Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Conduct regular customer visits throughout Perth and regional WA
- Identify opportunities across the Quantum Group service offering
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Conduct site visits and equipment inspections to understand customer requirements
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver practical solutions
- Attend client meetings, shutdown planning sessions, and industry events
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reporting
- Assist with business development and growth initiatives
- Represent the Quantum Group brand professionally at all times
About You
- Previous experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of mining, heavy mobile equipment, mobile plant, or industrial services
- Fire suppression industry experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Willing and able to travel throughout Western Australia
