What We're Looking For
Our participants deserve knowledgeable, respectful and capable Support Coordinators who can confidently navigate the NDIS system.
Please only apply if you have a minimum of 12 months' experience working within the NDIS sector.
Success in this role requires:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of organisation and time management
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a team environment
- Sound understanding of NDIS legislation, processes and participant needs
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
Essential Requirements
Applicants must provide evidence of:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Services, Community Services, Disability or related field (Diploma, Degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months proven NDIS experience, specifically in Support Coordination
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Infection Control training
- Three professional references
