We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch coordination to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout our business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of warehouse organisation, stock control, incoming and outgoing goods, and inventory accuracy while working closely with our production and administration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Receive, check, and process goods into the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records within our job management system
- Monitor stock availability and communicate replenishment requirements
- Assist with implementing and improving warehouse processes and controls
- Work closely with production to ensure materials and finished goods are available when required
About You
- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or logistics
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Positive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
