Reports To Store Manager / Assistant Manager Location 4/85 Everlasting Blvd, Cranbourne West, Vic 3977 Business Prioritier Initial Responsibilities - Assisting in the day to day running of Bubba Pizza Outlet (s) under the instruction of store manager. - Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives outlined by Bubba Pizza. - Work directly with Management in achieving its short term and long-term goals for the company network set by Bubba Pizza. - Maintaining the store standards as per the Operation Manual. - Adhering to company policies and procedures. - Assisting Management is maintaining Local Relationships and partnerships. Business Process Improvement: - To work under the guidance and instruction of the Store Manager to achieve short term and longer terms goals set out by Bubba Pizza and management. As appropriate or as directed, assist with the handling customer complaints and supply chain. Ensure compliance is mt with the company HACCP plan and relevant food safety standards and rules Customer Relationship Focus.
