Are you a sales pro with a knack for phone repair?
We’re looking for a Salesperson and a Phone Repair Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred, and positions are available in East and West Melbourne.

**What You’ll Do:**
- Use your sales skills to help customers and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide expert advice on phone repairs, sharing product knowledge and guiding customers on tech and products we offer.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues with a problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with technicians to offer the best solutions for our customers.
- Stay updated on phone repair trends and technology, adapting quickly to our fast-paced environment.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience in phone repair (preferred).
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- A fast learner who can adapt to new environments and handle diverse customer needs.
- Eagerness to learn about phone repair techniques and tech products.
