About our role:
You will prepare fresh ingredients, mix and blend products, perform general cleaning, and participate in cheese-making operations. You'll work with a diverse team on a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster, with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime before Christmas and during the busy season.
You will work on fixed day and afternoon shifts in a full-time role, with the opportunity for regular overtime during our busy October-to-January peak season.
Responsibilitiesinclude:

Performs duties of manual nature. Fresh ingredient preparation, mixing, general cleaning. Cheese making.

Plan and organise own work tasks, sorting out priorities and monitoring own performance.

Meet scheduling outcomes. Identify and report issues affecting work outcomes.

Maintain health and safety work area for self and others.

Follow quality control procedures. Inspect quality of work on an ongoing basis and accept responsibility for quality of their own work.

Maintain food safety and GMP standards.

Operation of supplied equipment.
About you:
-
Have experience in food manufacturing industry, specifically in production area.

Desirable experience in dairy products.

Good communication skills.

Have flexibility for working in rotating Monday to Sunday roster and for overtime.

Physically fit for labour-intensive hands-on work.

Hygiene standards knowledge and experience.
