About the Role
This is a dynamic and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across clinic, community, and home settings.
Your role will include:
- Designing and delivering individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to oncology and chronic/complex conditions
- Lymphoedema and chronoc oedema management
- Running small group exercise classes i
- Supporting patients through treatment side effects, post-surgical recovery, and injury rehabilitation
- Conducting offsite and home visits as part of a flexible care model
- Contributing to program development and innovation within the Onccare model of care

About You

Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Exercise Physiology
- Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) or ESSA accreditation (Exercise Physiologist)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid WWCC and Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for community/home visits
- Experience in oncology or complex rehabilitation (highly regarded)
- Experience in lymphoedema/oedema management (highly regarded)
