Supply Planning Data Analyst
At Hanes Brands Australasia, Supply Planning plays a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring the seamless end-to-end supply of core products. We’re looking for a capable and detail-oriented Supply Planning Data Analyst to join our team and help drive inventory availability, optimise spend, and support business growth.
About the Role
As Supply Planning Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analysing future order requirements, optimising the recommended weekly purchasing spend. Ensuring Supply Planning system data quality is meeting their KPIs enabling purchase plans are aligned to our inventory and sales objectives.
This role is highly collaborative, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Suppliers, Sales, Retail Planning, Sourcing, and Demand Planning to deliver on inventory targets and support future business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse demand and supply requirements to determine ordering needs

Utilise Supply Planning systems to optimise inventory levels and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet sales and inventory targets

Contribute to forward planning and supplier inventory strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, on system data and reporting to enable nuanced decision making

Working with the Sourcing team to problem solve order placement issues
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems Management, or a related field

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (highly regarded)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
