Your opportunity
As an ICT Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support across ECH. You'll provide responsive technical support, resolve ICT issues and help our people stay connected, productive and supported every day. Working within our Digital Workplace Services team, you'll contribute to a modern technology environment and a great employee experience.
You’ll make an impact by
- Providing first and second-level ICT support and resolving incidents through the service desk
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and Microsoft 365 issues
- Supporting user onboarding, account provisioning and device setup
- Maintaining ICT assets, documentation and knowledge base resources
- Driving service improvements and supporting the ICT hardware lifecycle
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Information Technology, relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune
- Understanding of cyber security principles, risks and controls
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- National Police Check

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the organisation
- Previous experience within aged care, healthcare or a similar service environment
