We are looking for an experienced and reliable Manager to join our takeaway shop team. The role is primarily 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage opening/closing procedures, stock levels and basic ordering.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway shop.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure smooth service.
- Prepare and cook food including burgers, sandwiches, rolls, chips and other takeaway items.
- Prepare ingredients, manage food preparation and ensure stock is organised.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle customer service and resolve day-to-day customer queries professionally.
- Ensure the shop is running efficiently and meeting quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a takeaway, café, restaurant or similar environment.
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
