About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our workshop team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced automotive professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship while providing technical leadership within the workshop.
Working with some of the world's leading luxury and high-performance vehicles, you will diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults using the latest manufacturer technology and equipment. You will also play an important role in mentoring and supporting junior technicians, sharing your expertise, and helping to maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

In this role you will:

Diagnose, service, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in luxury vehicles

Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM-approved tools and software

Mentor and support junior and apprentice technicians in workshop processes and technical development

Interpret wiring diagrams, technical bulletins, and manufacturer service documentation accurately

Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
- Collaborate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery

Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop environment

Stay up to date with evolving automotive technology, including hybrid and electric systems
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician with extensive experience in a prestige workshop

Proven experience as a Master or Senior Technician with luxury or high-performance vehicles

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems

Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
-
Commitment to delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s licence
