Nido Early School Lakelands East seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our stunning, well-established, 92 place service with 6 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas. About the Service
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas, a beautiful sensory room!
- Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
- 5 minute drive from the freeway for easy commute to work
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

About You
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA Approved)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership position
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Police Check
- Geecko training must be complete before you start at Nido
- In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
- You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
