Capital SMART is Australia and New Zealand's leading accident repair network, with 60+ sites delivering high-quality repairs every day. We're looking for a reliable Car Washer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
You'll keep vehicles clean and moving through the repair process — washing and preparing cars at key stages of the repair so the team around you can do their best work.
What you'll be doing:

Washing and cleaning vehicles on arrival and at various stages throughout the repair process

Ensuring vehicles are presented cleanly for handover to the customer

Assisting the detail team with final presentation where required

Moving vehicles safely around the workshop and yard

Keeping wash equipment and the wash area clean and maintained

Completing basic documentation as required
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a car wash, dealership, or automotive environment (helpful but not essential)

A reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to get the job done

Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day

Valid Australian driver's licence

Punctual, responsible, and a team player
