We're building a small, tight-knit team of motivated people who take real pride in their work, show up when they say they will, and understand that a spotless space is part of the experience our clients pay for. This is a hands-on role on our team — not a subcontracting arrangement.

Your day-to-day
- Clean and maintain beautiful, premium spaces to a seriously high standard
- Work across beauty salons, pilates studios, gyms and wellness spaces
- Use our non-toxic, skin-friendly product range (full training provided)
- Follow simple, clear checklists — no guessing, just great results
- Stay in the loop with the team via easy scheduling tools
- Be a warm, professional face of Clover whenever clients are around

- Motivated and hardworking — you bring good energy and take pride in doing a job properly
- Reliable and punctual — our clients count on us, and we count on you
- Friendly, warm and professional with people
- A keen eye for detail — you notice what others walk past
- Keen to grow with us as we scale — there's real room to move into senior and team-lead roles
- Up for being part of our behind-the-scenes social content now and then? That's a bonus we'd love (but it's optional, not a must)
- Some commercial or domestic cleaning experience is a plus, but your attitude matters more — we'll train the rest
- Right to work in Australia; your own transport is a bonus
