If you bring strong end-to-end recruitment experience, a solid understanding of stakeholder and candidate management, and the ability to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment, you’ll thrive in this role—especially if you’re motivated to continuously learn and grow within a supportive, high‑performing team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree recruitment plans with hiring managers and document outcomes of the intake meeting. Agree with hiring manager on role requirements, sourcing strategy, pay range, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
- Develop attraction strategies with hiring managers to correctly identify the right approach based on market and hiring demands.
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers. This includes being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, advising them on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met.
- Deliver excellent comprehensive candidate experience including a special focus on preparing candidates for interviews, keeping them warm and managing their satisfaction with the recruitment experience from initial interview to start date.
- Proactively source (identify) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
- Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Uses knowledge of competitors, local recruitment practices and market trends to provide insights to clients for commercial advantage.
- Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked in the ATS to enable accurate reporting.
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
- Significant experience recruiting for legal roles, either in-house or within an agency environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- End-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment experience
- Willingness to work onsite two days per week
