We’re growing fast—and with that growth comes new homes to clean, inspect and prepare. Our current cleaners are stretched thin. We don’t want quality to suffer or homes to go unprepared.

Your Mission
As a Professional Cleaner, your role is to ensure that each guest walks into a sparkling, welcoming space. You’ll restore order, create calm and help turn chaos into charm. You’re not just cleaning—you’re curating experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, sanitise and stage short-term rental homes to brand standards.
- Wash and reset linens, replenish amenities and restock supplies.
- Fold towels, organise cabinets and stage furniture with a meticulous eye.
- Use our mobile app to check tasks, submit photos and confirm job completion.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or missing supplies.
- Occasionally assist with deep cleans or seasonal refreshes.
- Communicate clearly with our team—you're never left guessing.
What Success Looks Like
- Guests consistently rate the property 5 stars for cleanliness.
- Turnovers happen on time and meet our quality standards.
- You feel empowered, respected and supported in your work.
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in hospitality or STR cleaning.
- Eye for detail and pride in your work.
- Access to reliable transportation and cleaning supplies.
- Ability to navigate a mobile app in your preferred language.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (flexible schedule available).
- Appropriately insured.
