The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Manager Internal Communications to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, with an immediate start available and based in East Perth.
This role is all about creating clarity, building trust, and helping our people stay connected to what matters most. Working closely with executives, senior leaders, and the Change team, you'll lead internal communication strategies that support business priorities, organisational change, and employee engagement across the organisation.
Leading a team of two, you'll be a trusted advisor who can influence stakeholders, provide clear direction, and ensure communications are purposeful, timely and effective.
About You:
You're an experienced internal communications leader who sees the bigger picture and understands how communication can influence business outcomes. You bring strong experience working with executives and senior stakeholders, and you're comfortable coaching, challenging, and supporting leaders to achieve the best result.
You have strong influencing skills, a calm and composed approach, and a commitment to embedding our refreshed internal communication approach. You're experienced working alongside strategy, people & culture and change functions, understand the role technology plays in modern communications, and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Most importantly, you're a collaborative leader who can build credibility, navigate competing priorities, and keep employees at the centre of every decision.
