Joinery Site Leading Hand Opportunity
Perth, WA
We are seeking a motivated individual with joinery and construction site experience who is looking to progress into a Leading Hand role while working on large-scale apartment and commercial projects across Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily installation activities on site
- Lead and support installation teams
- Liaise with builders, site supervisors and subcontractors
- Monitor quality, programme and site safety
- Report site progress, defects and material shortages
- Assist with project coordination and site meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in joinery installation or construction site operations
- Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans
- Good communication and organisational skills
- White Card and current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team
Preferred:
- Experience on apartment, hotel or commercial projects
- English and Mandarin communication skills
- Ambition to progress into Site Supervisor or Project Management roles
