Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill a permanent, part-time position of Administration Officer at the Canberra Office.
The position is for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with the possibility of increasing in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including:
Managing office correspondence and initial enquiries
Booking client transports
Placing client orders
Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and filing
Assisting with recruitment
Maintaining office and field supplies
General administrative duties e.g. filing
