About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Master / Senior Watchmaker with proven expertise in servicing, diagnosing, and restoring elite high-horology timepieces—specifically Rolex, Audemars Piguet (AP), and Patek Philippe.
Working out of our fully equipped workshop, you will handle full movement overhauls, timing adjustments, and high-complication mechanical repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute complete servicing, movement overhauls, and water-resistance testing on high-end luxury timepieces.
Diagnose technical issues and perform complex repairs across mechanical, automatic, chronograph, and high-complication calibers.
Perform precise casing, dial fitting, hand placement, and final quality control checks prior to client delivery.
Preserve original components and adhere strictly to luxury authenticity standards.
Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and spare parts inventory.
Skills & Experience
Brand Expertise: Substantial hands-on bench experience with Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe calibers (essential).
Qualifications: WOSTEP, SAWTA, CW21, or official brand accreditation/training highly regarded.
Exceptional micro-mechanical proficiency, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
Uncompromising standards of quality control and respect for high-value assets.
