We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Melbourne Airport team.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Prepare coffee, beverages, and our delicious products
Operate the POS and handle customer transactions
Keep the store clean, stocked, and well-presented
Work closely with the team during busy periods
Friendly, reliable, and positive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous retail, hospitality, or coffee experience is an advantage
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week
Flexible on which days you work
Minimum 4 days availability per week is essential
Availability should be flexible to support the airport roster
