Artilux is a family-owned Australian manufacturer of premium retractable and pleated insect screens, based in Hornsby. We design, manufacture and install quality products across Sydney, and we're proud of the reputation we've built for craftsmanship and service.
We're looking for someone who shows up, gets stuck into the job in front of them, and does it properly — no fuss, no clock-watching. Hours are 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday -an early start with an early finish every day.
What you'll be doing
- Cutting aluminium and assembling screens
- Working with fabric, components and hand tools
- Packaging finished products
- General factory duties

- Hands-on experience beats qualifications - manufacturing, aluminium, blinds, or window furnishings background is a plus, but we'll train the right person
We build premium products, so quality matters to us. We'd rather do a job once and do it properly than rush it.
Physical requirements This is hands-on factory work. You'll need to be comfortable with:
- Standing for most of the shift
- Lifting and carrying materials and finished products (up to ~20kg)
- Repetitive use of hand tools
- General materials handling - moving stock, components and screens around the factory floor
Licences
- Full Australian driver's licence - Required
- Forklift licence -Preferred (not essential, can be trained on the job)

Pay: $26.50 – $30.00 per hour
