The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead a dynamic regional portfolio and drive profitable growth?
We are seeking a Products and Solutions Manager –Case Ready to take ownership of our ANZ/South Asia case ready portfolio, including trays, lid films, absorbent pads, and flexible case ready solutions .
In this high-impact role, you will champion key growth projects, optimise product pricing and margins, and work cross functionally to bring innovative packaging solutions to market. If you thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy, product management, and operational execution, this is your next move.
What You’ll Own & Lead
Product & Portfolio Management
Lead the Product Management Review (PMR) as a core part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Manage price and mix strategy – including price increases, deviation approvals, and margin optimisation
Own SKU optimisation and plant capability alignment
Drive inventory targets and reduce aged stock to meet DOH goals
Commercial & Market Strategy
Analyse competitive pricing and market trends to position our portfolio for success
Partner with Sales to profitably grow key accounts
Support customer engagements, commercial trials, and go-to-market strategies
Represent the product line at trade shows and lead sales training
Operational & Financial Impact
Manage P&L profitability – through ASP and manufacturing cost management
Collaborate with Supply Chain to reduce direct manufacturing and overhead costs
Lead mid/long-term capacity planning and champion capital expenditure approvals
Ensure new product launches are evaluated for financial impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Manufacturing, I&D (Innovation & Development), Marketing, and Sales
Drive execution of portfolio initiatives that improve profitability and growth
Translate market insights into product strategies and a healthy project pipeline
What You Bring to the Table
Demonstrated experience in product marketing, portfolio management , or a related discipline (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong commercial acumen – able to manage product-level profitability
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and regions
Experience with packaging solutions or Food Manufacturing / Retainers
Strong perspective on product development, manufacturing, and commercialisation
