About the Role
This full-time role is responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, leading store teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth business performance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores
2. Lead, supervise, and support retail staff to ensure efficient store performance
3. Prepare staff rosters and coordinate staffing requirements
4. Monitor store sales performance and operational outcomes
5. Manage stock control, inventory movement, and merchandising presentation
6. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues
7. Support recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
9. Coordinate in-store promotions and sales activities
10. Report on store operations and performance to management
Skills & Experience
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant retail management experience
2. Demonstrated experience supervising retail teams in a busy retail environment
3. Strong leadership and people management skills
4. Experience in inventory control, merchandising, and retail operations
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
