We’re a warm, family-style Italian restaurant in the heart of Double Bay, and we’re looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on, positive attitude
- Create a welcoming, family-focused dining experience
- Manage staff rosters, training, recruitment, ordering and service standards
- Work closely with the owner on workflow, improvements
- Oversee bookings, customer service, and general floor management
- Help introduce and grow an exciting new breakfast service, with performance incentives
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality or management experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate a small team
- Organised, reliable, and passionate about great food and service
- Someone who enjoys being part of a friendly, community-focused environment
