In this role, you will be recognised as an expert clinician, providing advanced clinical advice and leading the development, implementation and evaluation of care for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, consumers and community partners to strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes for parents, infants and families.
This position offers the opportunity to influence clinical practice at both an individual and service level. You will contribute to education, research, and service planning, while promoting a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement and safe, high-quality care.
Are You the Right Fit?
You are an experienced and confident clinician with advanced expertise in perinatal and infant mental health (or a closely related specialty), coupled with a strong commitment to clinical leadership and service development.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and the ability to manage and support care for patients with complex needs
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluating care plans in a specialised clinical setting
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to guide, support and influence multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, including the ability to translate research into clinical care.
- Experience contributing to education, supervision and capability building within a clinical workforce
The ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, consumers and community stakeholders.
