Star Phones, a well-established mobile accessories retailer with more than 55 stores across Australia, is currently hiring enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join its NSW team.
Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Liverpool NSW
Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time (24–50 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell mobile accessories such as phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and power banks
- Assist customers with basic mobile phone repairs in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs

- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence in engaging customers and upselling products
- Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals
- A team player who performs well in a fast-paced retail setting
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $26.55 to $30
- Monthly bonuses between $1,000 and $1,500 based on performance
