We currently have three positions available, each offering different hours, shifts, and locations to perfectly suit your lifestyle!
Thrive Kids OOSH Educator - Shoal Bay (PSC1002)
- This is a permanent opportunity – working part-time, 26.5 hours per week+ access to a flexible working arrangement.
- Please note: You may be required to work up to 38 hours per week, to attend monthly meetings, compulsory training and 1:1’s as operationally required
- Core Working Hours: 7:00am to 8:45am & 2:45pm to 6:00pm with the remainder of hours used for service administration
- Base Salary Range: $44,357 - $48,103 pa based on 26.5 hours per week + 12% Superannuation + Broken Shift Allowance + Retention Allowance + Early Childhood Education and Care Allowance (Paid as Worker Retention Payment)
- You will be working from: Shoal Bay Public School
Thrive Kids OOSH Educator – Tomaree (PSC1001)
- This is a permanent opportunity – working part-time, 30 hours per week + access to a flexible working arrangement.
- Please note: You may be required to work up to 38 hours per week, to attend monthly meetings, compulsory training and 1:1’s as operational required
- Core Working Hours: 6:30am to 9:15am & 3:00pm to 6:00pm with the remainder of hours used for service administration
- Base Salary Range: $50,215 - $54,457 pa based on 30 hours per week + 12% Superannuation + Broken Shift Allowance + Retention Allowance + Early Childhood Education and Care Allowance (Paid as Worker Retention Payment)
- You will be working from: Tomaree Public School
Thrive Kids OOSH Educator – Seaham (PSC1195)
- This is a permanent opportunity – working part-time, 17.5 hours per week + access to a flexible working arrangement.
- Please note: You may be required to work up to 38 hours per week, to attend monthly meetings, compulsory training and 1:1’s etc as operationally required
- Core Working Hours: 2:45pm to 6:00pm with the remainder of hours used for service administration
- Base Salary Range: $29,292 - $31,766 pa based on 17.5 hours per week + 12% Superannuation + Retention Allowance + Early Childhood Education and Care Allowance (Paid as Worker Retention Payment)
- You will be working from: Seaham Public School

We’re all about putting the right people, in the right role! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Certificate III or equivalent in Children Services, Education or related field
- Previous experience working with Children in any industry or related field
- Current approved First Aid in an Education and Care setting and Child Protection Awareness Training qualifications and CPR certification
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
- Demonstrated computer literacy
