Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer
The Pastry Lounge is a boutique food manufacturing business based in Bayswater North, specialising in hand-made canapés for the events industry. We're a growing business with a vibrant office set inside our commercial kitchen, where no two days look the same.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer to join us full-time.
Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be available as we head into our busy end-of-year season.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and a key support to the wider team. Tasks change day to day, so we need someone who's happy to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
- Taking orders and processing them in Odoo
- General data entry and admin duties
- Supporting the Operations Director and Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks
ABOUT YOU
- Experience using systems such as Odoo, MYOB or Xero is strongly preferred
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Payroll experience would be highly regarded
