Clerk Grade 9/10; salary relative to experience and ranges from $133,348 - $146,945 + super
Our Reconstruction Coordination team is seeking to create a talent pool for their Senior Project Officers which will coordinate and support key reconstruction projects across NSW. This role provides an opportunity to apply your project management expertise, strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) policy and frameworks, and experience administering grant processes through SmartyGrants.
You will contribute to the planning, development and implementation of projects that support reconstruction outcomes and compliance with applicable funding frameworks.
About You
You will bring demonstrated experience in:
Project management, including structured planning, coordination, governance and delivery.
Managing and administering grant programs, ideally using SmartyGrants, including assessment, documentation and process management.
Applying and interpreting DRFA policy, assurance requirements and funding frameworks.
Preparing clear, concise and informative written material, including briefs and correspondence.
Managing multiple internal stakeholders, including coordinating input, facilitating discussions and maintaining strong working relationships.
Communicating clearly and confidently with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation and workflow frameworks to support consistent, repeatable and compliant program and project delivery.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience in civil engineering, construction management or related fields.
