About the Opportunity
Salon Ghada Digital Systems is expanding its technical operations footprint in Western Australia. We are currently seeking a methodical, detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst to join our team at our Perth CBD office. This role is positioned at the intersection of data integrity and operational strategy, where you will take full ownership of our customer data architecture, ensuring that our digital platforms yield the clean, actionable intelligence necessary to back our regional expansion.
Position Overview & Core Responsibilities
As the primary custodian of our CRM environment, your focus will extend far beyond basic database management. You will actively audit, sanitize, and optimize customer data pipelines to eliminate fragmentation and maintain a high standard of database hygiene. A significant portion of your day-to-day work will involve monitoring data flows and synchronization pathways between our core CRM architecture and external digital systems, rapidly identifying and resolving API tracking gaps or schema mismatches before they impact operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy automated performance dashboards that translate complex, multi-channel user engagement metrics into clear, visual business trends.
Required Professional Profile
This is a technical role requiring a minimum of two years of hands-on professional experience managing and analyzing datasets specifically within a dedicated CRM or enterprise relational database environment. You should possess strong proficiency in writing clean SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation, combined with a structured, analytical mindset that genuinely enjoys root-cause troubleshooting. Because this is a permanent placement within our Perth office, all applicants must possess valid, unrestricted legal working authorization within Australia at the time of application.
