As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences while supporting workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers
- Book vehicle service and repair appointments
- Prepare repair orders and service documentation
- Communicate with technicians and workshop staff
- Provide customers with updates regarding vehicle repairs
- Recommend additional maintenance and repair services when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Strong automotive industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current driver's licence
