Golden Plains Dental Services is a modern, family-focused dental practice located in the heart of Bannockburn. We are passionate about providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming, relaxed environment where our patients and team feel genuinely valued.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience in dental assisting is preferred, however we are happy to provide training for the right person who has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
About You
We're looking for someone who:

- Has dental assisting experience (preferred but not essential).
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

- Is committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Chairside dental assisting.
- Instrument cleaning, sterilisation and infection control.
- Preparing treatment rooms and assisting clinicians during procedures.
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Answering phones and managing appointment bookings.
- Processing HICAPS claims and patient payments.
- Managing patient records and administrative tasks.
- Liaising with patients, dentists and other team members to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
