Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of real estate signs, including setting up signs at properties for sale or rent.
Installation: Install real estate signs on properties, including setting up sign posts and attaching the signs.
Removal: Remove signs from properties when a sale or lease is complete.
Maintenance: Ensure signs are clean, legible, and in good condition.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with sign installation or functionality.
It is also required to deliver boxes or furniture for our home styling department.
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
Knowledge of basic power tools
Driver's License
Physical fitness to handle sign installations
Similar work experience is preferred but not required
