Part-time role with full-time option
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and design-loving Lighting Sales Consultant to join our showroom team across Fitzroy and St Kilda.
This role is perfect for someone who loves interiors, enjoys helping people, and knows how to make clients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
About the role
You’ll spend your week across two of our Melbourne showrooms, helping clients choose lighting for their homes, renovations, builds and commercial spaces.
The core roster is:

Friday - Fitzroy
- Saturday - Fitzroy
- Sunday- St Kilda
- Monday - St Kilda
This is a permanent part-time role, but we’re open to making it full-time by adding one extra day at either showroom for the right person.
What you’ll be doing

Welcoming clients into the showroom and making them feel looked after.
- Helping customers choose lighting that suits their space, style and needs.
- Learning about our products and giving helpful, practical advice.
- Preparing quotes and following up enquiries.
- Building strong relationships with clients, designers, builders and renovators.
- Keeping the showroom looking beautiful, tidy and well presented.
- Working with the team to create a great showroom experience.
- Supporting sales and helping clients feel confident in their choices.
About you
You don’t need to know everything about lighting already, we can teach you that.
What matters most is that you are:

Warm, approachable and confident with people.
- Genuinely interested in interiors, design, homes or lighting.
- Comfortable selling and following up with clients.
- Organised and reliable.
- A clear communicator.
- Happy working weekends as part of the roster.
- Able to work across both Fitzroy and St Kilda.
- Positive, proactive and team-focused.
Experience in retail, sales, interiors, lighting, furniture, homewares or design would be a big plus.
