Casual Receptionist – Cosmedic Lab Northgate
Join our growing team at Cosmedic Lab Northgate!
We’re looking for a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Casual Receptionist to become the friendly face of our boutique cosmetic and skin clinic.
This role is Saturday-only at this stage, offering approximately 5–12 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity for additional hours as our clinic continues to grow.
About the Role
As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll work alongside a supportive, passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional client care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and checking in clients with a warm, professional approach.
- Managing appointments and bookings.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries.
- Processing payments and maintaining reception duties.
- Assisting with general clinic administration.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day clinic operations.

- Reliable, punctual, and organised.
- Able to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Bonus Skills
- Creative with social media content and confident creating photos, videos, or reels for Instagram and Facebook.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, beauty, or the cosmetic industry is highly regarded but not essential.
