We are an occupational health medical centre located in Surrey Hills looking for a Medical Receptionist and Operations Administrator to support the increased work load at our practice.
This is casual role with Monday to Friday hours.
We are looking for self starters who take pride in their work and is a team player.
About the role:
The role will require you to understand the way the medical centre operates and thus you will need to know how we:
- manage our medical appointments and onsites bookings by our clients via phone and emails.
- manage our relationships with our major clients and local customers.
- manage our medical paperwork and filling with doctors, nurses and customers.
- operate on a daily basis (i.e. operational and administrative tasks).
- invoice medical bills to customers and receive of payments via merchant terminals (i.e. EFTPOS).
The position will also provide the right candidate with an opportunity to progress and grow with the company. Over time, we will provide you with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities within the business.
