Room Leader – Loving Start Childcare & Education Healesville
Loving Start Healesville is currently looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our growing team.
We are a beautiful, family-oriented early learning service located in the heart of Healesville, focused on creating a warm, inspiring and supportive environment for children, families and educators.
About the Role:
- Lead and support a team of educators within the room
- Create engaging learning environments and experiences
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Support programming, documentation and daily operations
- Work closely with the leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or ECT qualification (or working towards)
- Previous Room Leader experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Current WWCC and relevant certifications
