About the role
We're looking for an experienced Pipelayer to join our Canberra-based construction team.
Working across the ACT and surrounding regions, you'll help deliver essential underground utility infrastructure that supports local communities. This is a hands-on role offering a mix of new installations, network upgrades, and maintenance works, with plenty of variety and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities include

Install and construct underground pipework and utility mains

Assist with trenching, backfilling, and reinstatement works

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Work alongside surveyors to ensure accurate set out and alignment

Liaise with builders, plumbers, utility providers, and property owners

Partner with field teams, schedulers, and construction leaders to deliver projects safely and efficiently
Roster: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required.

About You
-
Experience in pipelaying, civil construction, trenching, underground services, landscaping, or similar outdoor construction environments

White Card, Traffic Management and Asbestos Awareness tickets

Excavator and/or HydroVac experience highly regarded
-
MR/HR licence advantageous

Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Reliable, team-oriented and comfortable working across multiple sites
