Job Title: E-Commerce Coordinator/Boss Doggy - (4 month Contract with the potential of becoming ongoing)

Job Description: We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our small team. Very small team! The right person needs to have a can-do attitude and a curiosity to self-learn. For this role, you have a passion for e-commerce, love to get your hands dirty, and are excited to wear multiple hats, this role is for you! We are wanting someone who wants to grow with us and learn along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment: Pack and ship orders with precision and care to ensure our customers receive their gifts in perfect condition.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products are packaged to our high standards and assist in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee stocktakes, inventory, storage and overall warehouse management.
So yeah, if it's not obvious, we are really wanting a person who has a broad range of kick ass skills!
Helpful attributes:
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify is favoured.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move stock that may be over 15 kilos.
- Fast, efficient, thorough with a good work ethic. Low energy and slow is not in our vocabulary.
Work Hours:
- 3 -5 days a week, 3 hours per day at a minimum. This would increase to full time hours in November and December.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate personal commitments and peak business periods.
