Altrix Talent is a recruitment agency, and we're hiring Pick Packers on behalf of our client — a busy warehouse based in Epping. This is an ongoing role with steady hours for reliable people who want consistent work.
Day and night shifts are available, and there's some flexibility on start times depending on your availability.
What you'll be doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately for dispatch
- Replenishing and moving stock, and keeping your work area clean and safe
- Working with the team to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
What we're looking for:
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Strong attention to detail
- A reasonable level of fitness — you'll be on your feet and doing some lifting throughout the shift
- A current Australian driver's licence
- The ability to pass a National Police Check, which we arrange and pay for
- Previous warehouse or pick-pack experience is an advantage, though full training is provided for the right person
What's on offer:
- $32–$36 per hour plus superannuation, based on experience and the relevant Award, with penalty rates applying to night shifts
